Registration Guidelines

If your institution membership has expired, you will need to renew your membership before continuing with the workshop/seminar registration. Please proceed to the Membership link above to renew your membership.

  • STEP 1 : Pay the event registration fees thru BDO Deposit.
    Please do not include your membership payment when paying for the event registration fees. You must follow each steps carefully, failure to follow steps will invalidate your registration and encounter inconveniences. Payments for registration fees and membership fee must be separated.

  • Step 2 : After making the deposit, write your complete name and institution on the deposit slip. Take a picture of your deposit slip along side your company/institution ID. (Please View Deposit Slip Sample)

  • Step 3 : Accomplish the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

  • Step 4 : A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your registered email. Wait for 2-3 banking days for the Secretariat to validate your registration. You will also receive an email once your payment has been validated.
